Clinical use

ClinDose is decision support for licensed healthcare professionals and students. It does not replace clinical judgment, product labeling, or institutional policy. Calculators marked “Preview” have not completed independent clinical review. Verify every result before acting on it.

Free website for individual clinicians

You may use the website free of charge for your own clinical work, study, and teaching.

Prohibited uses

• Copying, scraping, or bulk downloading ClinDose content, calculators, guidance, or worksheets.
• Embedding, framing, mirroring, or republishing ClinDose pages or tools on another website or app.
• Calling the ClinDose API without a valid key, sharing keys, or reselling API access.
• Reverse engineering the service to build a competing product.

API and institutional use

Use of ClinDose inside an EHR, hospital system, pharmacy system, app, or other third-party product requires a written license and an API key. Contact api@clindose.com.

Ownership

The ClinDose name, logo, software, design, written guidance, and compilation of content are owned by ClinDose and protected by copyright and trademark law. Published formulas belong to their authors and are cited on each calculator.

Privacy

Patient values you enter stay in your browser and are not sent to ClinDose. Do not enter names or other identifiers.

No warranty

ClinDose is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
