Funding and editorial independence

ClinDose is free for frontline clinical use. Organizations, integrations, education, optional supporters, and clearly labeled partnerships fund the platform. Sponsors cannot influence clinical logic, and ClinDose does not sell patient inputs.

What is always free

Every released calculator, its result, formula, worked steps, safety warnings, exclusions, sources, limitations, corrections, and version history. No account is required.

How ClinDose is funded

• Optional Founding Supporter contributions (not donations; not tax-deductible).
• Organization pilots and annual contracts for protocols, governance, EHR launch, and support.
• Licensed API and commercial embed usage.
• Continuing education, once offered with an accredited provider.
• Clearly labeled contextual sponsorship.

Sponsorship rules

• Sponsors cannot see, review, approve, or change formulas, references, result wording, safety messages, or the order of clinical information.
• Sponsored content is labeled and placed only in non-clinical areas such as category pages, newsletters, and webinars, never inside a calculator result or next to a dosing recommendation.
• No placement is ever chosen from patient inputs.

Data we never sell or share

• Patient values entered into calculators. They stay in your browser and are not sent to ClinDose.
• Calculator history or which tools an individual used.
• Clinician identity, for advertising or any other purpose.

Forms

Inquiry and request forms store only what you type, the page you sent it from, and an optional campaign tag. We do not store your IP address or device fingerprint. Spam protection is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile.
