Source: CMS Open Payments (Physician Payments Sunshine Act), general payments, via the public openpaymentsdata.cms.gov API. Manufacturers and group purchasing organizations report these payments; a payment doesn't imply wrongdoing, and recipients can dispute records. Research payments and ownership interests aren't included here. Physician assistants and advanced practice nurses (NPs, CNSs, CRNAs, CNMs) are reported starting with program year 2021. Only the name or NPI you type is sent to CMS.
