Dosing in kidney impairment
Renal Impairment No dosage adjustment is required for patients with mild, moderate, or severe renal impairment. A study of a single dose of TYMLOS 80 mcg given subcutaneously was conducted in subjects with normal renal function or mild, moderate, or severe renal impairment. The maximal concentration (C max ) and area under the concentration-time curve (AUC) of abaloparatide increased 1.4- and 2.1-fold, respectively, in subjects with severe renal impairment, compared to subjects with normal renal function.
Patients with severe renal impairment may have increased abaloparatide exposure that may increase the risk of adverse reactions; therefore, monitor for adverse reactions [see Clinical Pharmacology] .

Price ladder
Not the price at the counterThese are not what a patient pays at the pharmacy counter. They are what pharmacies, health plans, and government buyers pay, before manufacturer rebates. A patient's cost depends on their insurance (copay, coinsurance, or deductible) or the pharmacy's cash price.
