Preparation and administration
DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION The solution should be used according to the standard technique employed by the operating surgeon. Use an administration set with an air-inlet in the plastic spike since the bag does not contain a separate airway tube. Follow the directions for the particular administration set to be used. Price ladder
Not the price at the counterThese are not what a patient pays at the pharmacy counter. They are what pharmacies, health plans, and government buyers pay, before manufacturer rebates. A patient's cost depends on their insurance (copay, coinsurance, or deductible) or the pharmacy's cash price.
